The Bundesliga is one of the world’s most successful sports leagues being a social institution in Germany since 1963 with brand awareness levels of 99% and millions of enthusiastic fans all around the world.

The main task of DFL Digital Sports GmbH is the production of media content in order to promote the Bundesliga brand internationally. Based in Cologne, the DFL Digital Sports GmbH produces and publishes media content via a variety of digital platforms. This includes production of content for international markets and the implementation of the league’s own platforms.

For our Content & Media Production team in Cologne, Germany we are looking for a

Working Student Local Market Content China (m/f/d)

Here’s what’s waiting for you on the pitch:

  • You support the day-to-day management of the Bundesliga’s local content approach on social media platforms in China and in other local markets.
  • You communicate with agencies in China and different other regions regularly.
  • You help us with the organization of the weekly content distribution for broadcasters and content partners.
  • You control the quality regarding social video and graphic production to ensure content synergy, cultural relevance, and brand consistency.
  • You analyse the success of our output and help us to constantly improve our content strategy

Here’s what should be in your sports bag:

  • You are enrolled at a university:
  • You are fluent in Mandarin, English and German (all written and spoken).
  • You bring first working experiences through internships or other working student positions, preferably project management or a related field.
  • You have good football knowledge and awareness of the Bundesliga.
  • You are interested in the Chinese culture and social media landscape.
