„DFL Protocol on Head Injuries“

The „DFL Protocol on Head Injuries“ contains existing and updated measures relating to the identification and treatment of acute head injuries suffered by players in professional football. At the same time, the brochure contains a standard protocol for dealing with these injuries, which all professional clubs of the Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2 have committed to following. Several appendices also provide support for diagnosis and resumption of sporting activities.
