VBL Club Championship: SV Werder Bremen crowned first eFootball Club Champion

15 March 2019 – SV Werder Bremen has been crowned the first German club champion in eFootball. The victorious players, Michael Bittner (“MegaBit”), Mohammed Harkous (“MoAuba”) and Eleftherios Ilias (“Leftinho”), achieved 131 points in total, winning the league ahead of VfB Stuttgart and Borussia Mönchengladbach. The VBL Club Championship trophy was presented to them by Dr. Holger Blask, member of the DFL Executive Committee, as part of the TV broadcast of the final match of the VBL Club Championship season on ProSieben MAXX.
