DFL Licensing Committee

The Licensing Committee of DFL e.V has the final say on licensing decisions within the association in accordance with the League Statutes, and in particular the Licensing Regulations, until the formal conclusion of the process in which licenses are granted to the clubs and limited companies by the Executive Committee. The members of the Licensing Committee are elected at the General Assembly of DFL e.V. for a term of office of three years. The DFL Members Assembly elects the Chair and the Deputy Chair of the Licensing Committee. The sub-assemblies of the Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2 each elect an additional two members.
